Living our Bryson values: Fast & Fun!
With the end of the year approaching and all staff eager to meet their targets and finish the year on a high, Bryson’s business strategy Operation Finish Line has reached full speed.
Yesterday the Team put Operation Finish Line theory to practice – literally! The Team enjoyed an action-packed, fast-paced and immensely fun evening at Team Sports Go Karting in Gatwick. Nothing like some fast driving, zig-zagging and all round good laughter to drive the team’s morale and motivation ahead of Operation Finish Line. Not to mention the evening’s activities uphold two of Bryson’s core values: Fast & Fun.
Suited up, gloves and helmets on, the racing kicked off with rounds of warm up laps and qualifiers before the two main events. What started as fun banter and smooth overtaking, soon turned into friendly (and fierce) competition with quicker laps, bumpier overtaking and a couple of spin-outs. By the end of the evening we had 6 winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd place for both races), smiling faces and tired bodies, and more importantly high spirits.
